    Employment visa: This type of visa is valid for up to 90 days. To have a salaried job in Brazil, one needs to have both a residence permit and an employment visa. The future employer takes the foremost step to apply for a work permit at the Brazilian Ministry of Labour and Employment by giving their contact details and other documents. After this process, applicants need to apply for an employment visa at the Brazilian Embassy.

    To apply for an employment visa, the future employer will have to submit the CV, certificates, and documents justifying the applicant's education and work experience along with a copy of the passport.

    • Parents should accompany individuals below 18 years at the Embassy to sign the application form. Applicants should mention who has the parental responsibility, whether one parent or a guardian. They should then provide the documents.
    • In case of shared parental responsibility, the applicant must provide copies of both parent's passports along with an authorization letter signed by both.
    • If one parent controls the responsibility, the candidate should provide a copy of the guardian's passport and signed authorization letter. Apart from this, an applicant needs to show a document demonstrating the parent/ guardian is holding custody of the child.
    • Applicants must provide other information about the trip, contact details, and health history.
